A time of intentional work and productivity towards improvement of Physical Wellness, based upon prior discussion in the implementation planning session. Strategic principles for recognizing the need for physical activity, healthcare, diet, sleep, and nutrition will be the focus of this Physical Wellness consultancy and coaching session. Client should be engaged, and willing to participate in his/her own self-improvement and success. One FREE booster follow-up will be recommended at the client's discretion and by appointment.
